Our Impact — Documented, Not Claimed

A transparent look at how we measure our work, what we publish, and where we still need to grow.

Our operating principle

Most NGO websites publish large, round impact numbers with no way to verify them. We prefer the opposite approach: publish what we can prove, be silent about what we can't. This page tells you exactly what we track, how we track it, and where you can see the underlying documents.

⚠ A note on numbers

Team Samarpan Foundation was formally registered as a Section 8 Company in May 2026. Our first formal audit and annual report will be published for FY 2026-27. Until then, this page shows the types of impact we measure and the pillars we work on — with specific numbers coming as they are formally audited and verified. We will not publish unverified statistics.

The five pillars we measure

What is coming next

Because we take reporting seriously and only publish audited numbers, some items will roll out over time as our formal cycles complete:

Requesting our detailed records

If you are a serious donor, corporate CSR team, regulator, or researcher — we are happy to share detailed records under NDA where appropriate. This includes: expense-level financial breakdowns, beneficiary lists (with privacy safeguards), event documentation, and audit trails.

Contact contact@teamsamarpan.org with your request and identification. Response within 5 working days.

Transparency is not a claim — it's a practice

Verify our credentials. Read our blog. Follow our Instagram for daily proof. Ask questions. Then donate.
