⚠ Honest tax-status disclosure
Team Samarpan Foundation is a Section 8 Non-Profit Company (Licence 185648, CIN U88900MR2026NPL476878) registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. We provide a formal receipt from our Section 8 registration for every donation.
Our 80G and 12A applications are currently pending approval. Until they are granted, donations are NOT yet tax-deductible under the Income Tax Act. Once approvals arrive, we will notify all donors and update this page. Every certificate is public at /certificates/.
Where your donation goes
We work across five focus areas in Soygaon Taluka. Your contribution is applied to the program you choose — or, if you leave it open, to our highest-need program that month.
Receipt & communication
Once you donate, we send you within 48 hours: (a) a Section 8 donation receipt PDF via email, (b) a thank-you note on WhatsApp, and (c) monthly / quarterly impact updates depending on your tier. If you do not receive a receipt within 48 hours, please email us — never assume it was missed silently.
