What is the Chief Minister's Relief Fund
The Chief Minister's Relief Fund (CMRF), Maharashtra, provides financial assistance to individuals and families in distress — medical emergencies, natural disasters, accidents, and hardship cases where regular government schemes do not cover the need. Applications are processed through the CM's Office, Mantralaya.
मुख्यमंत्री सहाय्यता निधी हा वैद्यकीय आणीबाणी, नैसर्गिक आपत्ती, अपघात, अशा परिस्थितीत गरजू कुटुंबांना आर्थिक मदत देतो. अर्ज मंत्रालयातील मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालयातून प्रक्रिया केले जातात.
Our role as a field partner
Team Samarpan Foundation works at the ground level in Soygaon Taluka. When a family faces a medical emergency they cannot afford, we help them: (a) identify the correct CMRF category, (b) collect and format the required documentation, (c) submit the application through the right channel, and (d) follow up until the aid is disbursed. This is a documented, ongoing coordination that we run without any financial exchange.
समर्पण फाउंडेशन सोयगाव तालुक्यात मैदानी कामात आहे. जेव्हा कुटुंब वैद्यकीय आणीबाणीत असते आणि खर्च परवडत नाही — तेव्हा आम्ही (१) योग्य CMRF category ओळखतो, (२) कागदपत्रं जमवतो, (३) योग्य channel ने अर्ज सादर करतो, (४) मदत मिळेपर्यंत पाठपुरावा करतो.

- Describe the emergency in 2-3 lines
- We will schedule a home visit or video call to verify need
- We help gather documents: hospital estimate, Aadhaar, ration card, doctor's letter
- We submit and follow up with the CM Office / District Collector
- We stay with the family until aid is received (or a clear denial + alternative found)
Transparency note
We do not charge any fee for CMRF application help. We do not receive any commission or intermediary payment. Our role is coordination and paperwork support — the aid goes directly from the state to the beneficiary's account. This is documented as a service, not a claimed partnership on paper.
CMRF अर्ज मदतीसाठी आम्ही कोणतीही fee घेत नाही. मध्यस्थ payment नाही. आमची भूमिका फक्त coordination आणि कागदपत्रं — मदत थेट शासनाकडून लाभार्थ्याच्या खात्यात जाते.
