Why partner with Team Samarpan Foundation
Corporate CSR teams often struggle to find NGOs where their contribution can be traced to a specific outcome. We built Team Samarpan Foundation around the opposite principle: depth in one taluka, transparency in every step. Every rupee has a village, a beneficiary, and a report attached to it.
Geographic depth
Focused work in Soygaon Taluka, not scattered across states
Legal transparency
Section 8 · CIN · PAN · certificates public
Documented impact
Photos, geo-tagging, dated project reports
Youth-led execution
Volunteer network aged 16-35
Current CSR eligibility status — full honesty
Under India's Companies Act 2013 CSR Rules 2021, a corporate can only channel CSR budget to an "implementing agency" that meets specific requirements. Here is exactly where Team Samarpan Foundation stands today:
- ✓ Section 8 Non-Profit Company registered Licence 185648 · CIN U88900MR2026NPL476878 · May 2026
- ✓ PAN and TAN issued PAN AANCT1773D · TAN NSKT07020G
- ⏳ 12A registration — Applied, pending approval Required for CSR-1 filing under Rule 4(1) of CSR Rules 2021
- ⏳ 80G registration — Applied, pending approval Required for corporate donors to claim tax deduction
- ⏳ CSR-1 filing with MCA Filed after 12A + 80G granted; typically 15 days processing
- Full CSR-eligible implementing agency status Estimated Q4 2026 or Q1 2027
⚠ What this means for corporate partners today
Until CSR-1 is filed, we cannot receive CSR budget from your company under Section 135 as an implementing agency. However, corporates who want to work with us before that milestone have two good options below.
How companies can work with us right now
Option 1: Direct project partnership (any company, any time)
Your company can sponsor a specific project directly — e.g., "Fund 50 school kits for Marathi schools in Soygaon Taluka." This runs as a company-to-community program (not CSR under Section 135), and we act as the on-ground execution partner. You get project reports, photos, and named recognition. This does not require 80G/12A/CSR-1.
Option 2: Employee volunteer & engagement partnership
Send your employees to Soygaon for a day of tree plantation, blood donation, or health camp support. Great for team-building CSR events, which do not require the receiving NGO to be CSR-1 registered.
Option 3: Wait-listed CSR pipeline (once we file CSR-1)
Register your interest with us now. When our 12A + 80G + CSR-1 milestones complete, we notify you first with a proposal template ready for your CSR committee review.
